Dr. Rajesh Kumar Vaddi MBBS, MD (Pediatrics) Associate Professor, Department of Pediatrics Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun, Uttarakhand Dr. Rajesh Kumar Vaddi is a highly respected Consultant Pediatrician and Associate Professor at the Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun. With over a decade of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Rajesh is recognized for his expertise in pediatric and neonatal critical care, simulation-based medical training, and public health advocacy for children. After completing his MBBS and MD in Pediatrics from Narayana Medical College, Nellore, under NTRUHS, Vijayawada, Dr. Rajesh underwent extensive training in advanced pediatric care. His certifications include PALS, NRP, Advanced Pediatric Intensive Care, ECMO, pediatric dialysis, 2D Echo, and ventilator support workshops. He is a certified instructor for BLS, ACLS, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, affiliated with both the American Heart Association and the Indian Resuscitation Council Federation. Dr. Rajesh is an accomplished academician and an external examiner for leading medical universities in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. He is also a recognized postgraduate teacher in Pediatrics. His academic contributions include ongoing and completed research in febrile seizures, microcytic anemia, global developmental delay, and simulation-based neonatal resuscitation. He holds key roles in national and state-level pediatric programs, serving as a National Trainer for both Basic and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Programs (IAP-NNF), and as the State Academic Coordinator for IAP-NNF-NRP-FGM in Andhra Pradesh. His involvement with school health programs and breastfeeding initiatives reflects his dedication to preventive pediatrics and child welfare. Dr. Rajesh is an active member of numerous professional organizations including the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, National Neonatology Forum, PEDISTARS, and the Breastfeeding Promotion Network of India (BPNI). He is a certified Fellow in Pediatric Palliative Care and Point-of-Care Ultrasound in Neonates.
